Suso Terms of Use

1. Parties
These Terms of Use are entered into between REPERA İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Suso"), which provides flight package services under the Suso brand, and any user of the Suso website and mobile application ("User").
2. Description of the Service
Suso provides a flight package (travel service). Suso does not sell airline tickets directly. Within the scope of the service:
a. The User selects a flight package on Suso for the route and dates desired. b. Suso arranges for the underlying airline ticket to be issued by a contracted TURSAB-licensed travel agency in the name of the User-passenger. c. Suso issues the User a flight package service invoice and delivers the PNR and e-ticket details. d. For users requesting it, deferred payment terms may be offered subject to Suso's conditions.
The technical issuance of the airline ticket is performed by the contracted agency. The agency's identity is determined at the time of purchase and disclosed to the User.
3. User Obligations
The User:
- Represents that the passenger details (name, surname, date of birth, ID/passport, nationality) are complete and accurate as they appear on the travel document.
- Acknowledges that the contact details (email, phone) provided are used by Suso for communication, including PNR delivery and service notifications.
- Confirms being at least 18 years old and having legal capacity.
- Undertakes to fulfill payment obligations in the form and time specified.
4. Suso's Obligations
Suso:
- Uses reasonable efforts to have the selected flight package issued through the contracted agency in the name of the User-passenger.
- Delivers the PNR and e-ticket details to the User by email within a reasonable time after issuance.
- Issues an invoice for the service in its own name.
- Complies with personal data protection obligations as set out in the Privacy Notice.
5. Third-Party Agency Relationship
The flight ticket is issued by a contracted TURSAB-licensed travel agency. After the PNR is created, any changes to the flight (date, seat, class upgrade), cancellations or refund requests are subject to the rules of the issuing agency and the airline. Such requests are handled by the User directly with the agency named in the PNR delivery email.
Suso is not directly liable for the rules, delays, cancellations or service quality of the agency or airline. Suso is responsible only for processes within its control: collecting payment, delivering the PNR to the User, and issuing the invoice.
6. Pricing
The total price of the flight package purchased through Suso is shown clearly on the order screen. The total includes the flight package price, the Suso service fee and, if deferred payment is selected, the term spread. There are no additional interest charges, processing fees or hidden fees.
Payment is collected through Suso's payment service provider (PSP). If payment fails, Suso has no obligation to issue the flight package.
7. Deferred Payment
If the User selects deferred payment, Suso may, with explicit consent, query the User's Findeks credit score. Approval of deferred payment is at Suso's discretion. Upon approval, a separate Distance Sales Agreement is concluded. Failure to pay monthly installments on time may result in default interest and collection actions in accordance with applicable law.
8. Changes, Cancellation and Refund
8.1. Right of withdrawal. Rights granted under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved. Exclusions to the right of withdrawal applicable to passenger transport services apply within the same regulation.
8.2. Post-PNR changes. After the PNR is created, any User-requested changes to date, name, seat or class are subject to the issuing agency's rules and the airline's terms. Fees imposed by the agency or airline are passed through to the User.
8.3. Suso-side cancellation. If, after payment is collected, Suso is unable to issue the flight package due to technical or operational reasons, Suso refunds the User in full within 7 business days.
8.4. Airline-side cancellation/changes. Airline-side cancellations or changes are processed under the rules of the airline and the agency. Any refundable amount is reflected in the User's payment plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
Suso is not liable for force majeure, airline- or agency-side disruptions, third-party errors or internet infrastructure issues outside its reasonable control. Suso's aggregate liability is limited to the total amount collected from the User for the relevant order.
10. Intellectual Property
The Suso brand, logo, website content and software are owned by REPERA İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Changes
Suso reserves the right to update these Terms of Use unilaterally. Updates take effect when published on the website. Material changes are communicated to Users by email.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within their respective monetary thresholds. Turkish law applies.
