Do I need card limit?
No. Suso does not use or block your card limit.
Is the flight package issued directly to me?
Yes. Your flight package is issued in your name by the travel agency, booking site or airline for your chosen flight. The PNR and e-ticket are delivered to you.
What is the maximum term?
Up to 24-month terms are available on all flights.
How does the financing process work?
The payment plan is consumer credit provided by our authorized consumer-finance partner; Suso arranges it at checkout. Your application is forwarded to the partner; once approved, your flight package is issued. The whole process happens in a single flow.
Is collateral required?
Standard applications do not require collateral. Personal assessment is done through Skorlabunu infrastructure.
Which airlines do you work with?
All carriers are covered, including Turkish Airlines, Pegasus, AnadoluJet and SunExpress; the flight package is issued by the relevant travel agency, booking site or airline.
How long does the application take?
Online applications are usually evaluated within 24 hours. After approval your flight package can be issued the same day.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
For airline-side cancellations, the refund is reflected to your payment method or, for deferred payment, to your credit account. Voluntary cancellations are subject to the rules of the airline and the issuing seller.
